• Mustufa Rasiwala, Director- Mr. Mustufa earned his degree in bachelors in mechanical engineering from M.S. University Baroda in 1981 and went on to work for prestigious companies such as Alfa Laval, Beard Sell, and Lloyd Insulation before starting his own business in 1987. He has more than two decades of expertise in the production of raised floors (United Access Floors Pvt. Ltd. / Hi-Tech Office Systems/ Antares Building Products Pvt. Ltd.) and sales (United Access Floors Pvt. Ltd. / Hi-Tech Office Systems/ Antares Building Products Pvt. Ltd.) (United Insulation). He was entirely responsible for introducing Armaflex to India in the year 2000, and he completed numerous insulating projects successfully. His passion for quality encourages the incorporation of new ideas and cutting-edge technology into our product line. Being a proponent of Green Building concepts, he is an active follower of industry trends and is the first to make critical and novel improvements to our product offerings.
• Nusrat Rasiwala, Director- Determined and diligent with an attention to detail, she has been working in the specialised construction field with her husband after working in the food (The Taj Group) and pharmaceutical industries (Hindustan Ciba Geigy). She has more than 20 years of expertise in project management and administration with United Insulation.

All of the raw materials for the Flexi Access Floor systems are sourced from reputable sources in and around Gujarat. Our products are thoroughly tested to verify that it meets with international standards such as MasterSpecs (USA), BSEN (Europe), CISCA Testing Standards, and MOBPF2PS (UK). Not only that, but we have an in-house testing lab where we conduct daily quality testing methods. All of the equipment and machinery is calibrated on a regular basis following the strict guidelines of NABL India. Our goods have been confirmed by Civil Aid Technologies Bangalore, a third-party certification body connected with Bureau Veritas France.
